The location was brilliant and super in the best area of Derby. The personnel was wonderful and perfect. Standard queen room was beautiful and exceptional.

It was in the very central location particularly in the restaurant in the evening.

Quaint accommodation with very pleasant and exceptionally nice staff members with the receptionist pointing out all the above. Great location of the hotel, close enough to Derby Cathedral, bars, coffee shops and shopping 

Thanks a lot for a really nice stay for a wedding. The units are high-class, well-maintained on desk so friendly. The location is great and lovely, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Derby Hydrangeas.  

Charming and clean place with fabulous staff with the receptionist pointing out all the above. Super location in a quiet area of town. Also - near the cathedral and town centre, the large restaurant 

Air-conditioned and great modern rooms with an extremely high ceiling, unbeatable location.

The room was modern and compact with double bed, handkerchiefs, for example. Unobtrusive staff, they helped us a lot. The check-in was fast and the atmosphere was contemporary overall. Besides, we parked nearby. Location in the centre of the

Possibly the best and very nice stay for one night. Recently renovated & high standard unit with a bath. Amazing breakfast and plenty of goodies. Nice quiet area, very central location short walk to the town center 

The location was brilliant - really close to a really nice shopping centre, the restaurants and the cocktail bar. The standard double room was wonderful on desk so friendly, so that guests had essentials. I was offered a good breakfast 

The service we got was good. It had marvellous and lovely location in the centre of the city, pubs and cafés were walking distance to the hotel.

Every time in Derby, I choose this place. The venue is fairly clean and spacious with fantastic and fabulous staff members. The hotel offers a good breakfast with a highly discounted rate and " Richmond 

The hotel was located not far from the cocktail bar, the historical sites and the centre of the old town the cathedral quarter. The rooms were beautifully maintained with a bath, you feel like home. The location was 

The hotel was impeccably clean with attentive and caring staff.

It was newly renovated, high-class and on desk so friendly. I had an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

As for me, the area was dull.
